This antique lantern belongs to the famous French brand Étoile, a historical early 20th-century piece that operated using acetylene gas (carbide lamp). The device features a striking aged metal structure with an authentic patina, standing out for its beautiful colored faceted jewel lenses (green on the left side and amber on the right) used as side marker lights. As seen from the top perspective in image_38.png, the metal upper hood is embossed with the firm's name "ETOILE". It retains its large front optical glass, the upper water-drip regulating screw with a textured spring, and an articulated rear bracket that fastens it securely to its solid wood display stand.
