Compact and refined antique desktop inkwell dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. Crafted from a solid clear glass block with bevelled corners. A rare highlight is that it retains its original removable glass well insert for easy cleaning and refilling. Topped with a silvered metal collar and a hinged domed cap with an authentic aged patina. A complete and highly functional collectible for classic writing desks. In very good antique condition.
