Charming antique desktop inkwell designed in the shape of a miniature tankard or jug, crafted in the late 19th to early 20th century from rich cobalt blue glass. Fitted with a silvered metal collar, base pedestal, side handle, and a thumb-piece hinged lid. Originally used for dip pen writing, its deep blue color combined with the gleaming metal fittings creates a highly decorative and collectible piece for any antique desk collection. Very good original condition with soft natural patina.
