Antique Pathé detachable portable gramophone, an extremely rare model, it is in a good state of preservation. The gramophone was manufactured in France around the 1930s.
The gramophone has a plate inside with the Pathé signature engraved on it. On it we can see a circle with a cockerel engraved inside, the logo of the brand. The plate is engraved with the model and serial number: TYPE 3 No. 190. The wooden case is lined with brown leather and the inside is lined with brown velvet.
The Pathé Frères company was founded as Société Pathé Frères in Paris in 1896 by the Pathé brothers Charles, Émilie, Théophile and Jacques Pathé during the early years of the 20th century.
