Impressive and substantial antique desktop inkwell crafted in the late 19th to early 20th century from heavy, thick solid glass. Features a distinctive molded square body resting on four glass feet. Fitted with a brass collar and a hinged lid crowned with a large, jewel-cut faceted clear glass knob. A standout centerpiece for any vintage desk. Shows signs of age and history, including a small flea bite/chip on the lid's faceted glass rim and an internal hairline fracture in the main glass body, highlighting its true antique character and historic patina.
