Antique Wooden Glass Inkstand

Details

An early 20th-century desktop inkstand (circa 1910s–1920s). Commonly used in vintage offices, studies, or writing desks to hold different ink colors and rest dip pens in the carved front grooves. It features a solid carved wooden base holding two spiral-cut glass inkwells with hinged metal lids. Notably, one of the metal lids is detached from its original hinge, and the piece shows natural wear, light scuffs, and age patina reflecting its history.
