Details

This house has a "garden" where you can grow radish microgreens to add colour, flavour and texture to your salads and snacks.

What are micro plants? They are plants harvested in their early stages of growth, which gives them a high nutritional value and a more concentrated flavour.

Radish has antioxidant properties thanks to its high flavonoid content. It has a spicy taste and goes well with salads, fresh cheese and sushi.

Each kit includes a sachet of organic seeds, a tablet of dehydrated substrate, a sprayer and instructions to carry out your cultivation.

Size : 7 x 1,5 x 10 cm

Instructions :

1. Place the substrate tablet in a container with the base covered with water and leave it to soak for a few hours.

2. Crumble the substrate on the cardboard tray and discard the cloth.

3. Spread the seeds evenly over the surface of the substrate and spray water with the spray bottle (prise it open and snap it shut).

4. Place your kit in a warm place away from sunlight and keep the substrate moist, but not waterlogged.

5. When the plants start to sprout, place them in an area with indirect sunlight, near a window would be perfect.

6. Spray water daily on the substrate. Remember not to puddle.

If you see white fuzz around the seeds, don't panic, these are root hairs, parts of the root used to absorb nutrients and water.

Harvest: From the moment they start to sprout, wait at least 1 week and a maximum of 3/4 weeks. Harvest them with scissors, wash them and eat them directly. We recommend that you remove them little by little, their flavour is very intense and you will enjoy them for longer.

Tip: If the substrate dries out too quickly, you can cover it with a piece of cloth until the seeds germinate.
